Throughout the years, Georgia State University has worked to cultivate leadership skills in its student employees, while at the same time giving these students the opportunity to participate in the development of the university. This effort falls under the strategic plan for Georgia State University to be nationally recognized for leadership and inclusion opportunities.
If you know of Hank Robinson, then chances are you have heard many great things. Most would describe Robinson as a kind and genuine hard worker. On Thursday, September 27, 2018, Robinson retired from his position as the Custodial Foreman for the Georgia State University Student Center.
The Courtland street bridge, which runs between Student Center West and Library Plaza will be closed beginning May 7, 2018, from Gilmer Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive beginning May 7, 2018. To honor Earth Day, the Student Center would like to showcase a number of sustainable projects that have been implemented in the last few years in and out of the facility. Many of the initiatives were funded by the Georgia State University Student Sustainability Fund in partnership with the office of Sustainability.
