Reservations for the use of facilities, display areas, and information and solicitation tables in and around the Student*University Center are coordinated through the Student*University Center Reservations Office. The reservations staff is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and works to deliver quality facilities, equipment and services.
To meet the needs of our diverse clientele, the staff makes every effort to maximize facility usage. Because the Student*University Center is supported by student fees and is designed primarily to facilitate student activities, Georgia State University-chartered student organizations receive priority in the reservation process.
However, university departments are strongly encouraged to utilize Student*University Center facilities and take advantage of its services, and all spaces within the facility are also made available for non-campus programs, activities and services that are consistent with the university mission.
